This position is designed to help achieve our revenue target by focusing on specific sales campaigns and/or sales assignments that will help boost the department´s revenue. The primary responsibility of the Junior Account Manager is to expand business in assigned or unassigned accounts by motivating them to order products that may be sourcing from a competitor.
This position requires a high level of dependability, proficiency in navigating our CRM system, process knowledge, product knowledge and experience in sales and customer service.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Sales Campaigns - Timely and accurate execution of sales campaigns.
-Sales Growth - Help achieve revenue target.
-Retention/Wellness Calls - Contact customers to get their re-orders with unassigned and some assigned accounts.
-Professional Development - Continuous improvement in the sales role through the help of direct supervisor and/or trainer (i.e. Product Knowledge, CRM system navigation skills, sales skills, etc.).
• Education: High school
• Experience in Sales and Customer service areas
• Highly communication skills with clients, customers, general public.
• Mathematical and planning skills
• Analytical ability and problem solving
• Oriented to results.
• Experience in Oracle system is a plus
